Overview

Prolifogy is a full-service software development and consulting firm headquartered in Danbury, Connecticut, USA. We offer software consulting and development services to clients of all sizes throughout the United States, Europe, and the world.

The name Prolifogy (pronounced ‘pro-liff-a-jee’) centers around the word prolific, an adjective suggesting “an abundance of fruit or life,” and “abundant inventiveness or productivity.” We believe that this name and the above connotations appropriately capture the spirit of our energy and passion for creating and producing software.

History

Prolifogy Inc. is a privately-held Connecticut-based corporation selling products and services under the brand name Prolifogy since January 2010. Prolifogy was introduced by the same management team who founded the Ridgefield, Connecticut based firm Connecticut Custom Software in 1995. Originally focused on producing customized software solutions for businesses of all sizes, Connecticut Custom Software later began licensing its own products and software derivatives and providing consulting services.

Much of Prolifogy's current software philosophy, processes, expertise, and past experience were developed over the fifteen (15) years of operation of Connecticut Custom Software, while working on projects of varying shapes and sizes for clients around the world.

Management

Prolifogy maintains a five (5) seat Board of Directors and a three (3) seat non-voting advisory board. Dr. Cory Plock currently serves as board president and Chief Executive Officer. Corporate headquarters are maintained at 100 Mill Plain Road, Danbury, CT 06811, USA.
