Prolifogy Inc. Privacy Policy

This privacy statement covers the entire Prolifogy Inc. (“Prolifogy”) organization, including the Prolifogy family of companies. This includes the website at http://www.prolifogy.com (“this website” or “this site”) and websites owned by Prolifogy that may redirect or link to this website.

Prolifogy is committed to protecting the privacy of our customer’s personal and/or business information. We do not sell information to other companies or individuals.

Prolifogy adheres to the European Union Safe Harbor principles as set forth by the United States Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from the European Union.

This policy explains how we gather and use the information that we collect from the Prolifogy website, located at http://www.prolifogy.com. This policy may change over time. Collection of Information

As a visitor to this site, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal or business information. However, there are three (3) ways in which we may collect personal or business information.

  1. When you send email to any published and valid email address within the prolifogy.com domain. Any information submitted using this method may be retained and stored by us indefinitely, or until such time as you tell us not to retain or store this information.
  2. When you use our “Contact” page by browsing to http://www.prolifogy.com/contact, or by navigating to that page using the “Contact” menu item, answering the questions shown on the screen, and clicking on the “Submit” button.
  3. When you contact us by telephone, or when we contact you by telephone and identify ourselves as being associated with Prolifogy.

In connection with other activities, Prolifogy may ask you to provide certain information about yourself or the business or organization you represent. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, Prolifogy may ask that you provide it personal or business information. This particularly applies to, but is under no circumstance limited to, any Request for Proposal sent to us by email at rfp@prolifogy.com.

When you use this site, Prolifogy or third parties authorized by Prolifogy may also collect certain technical information about your computer to facilitate your use of the website and its services and also to monitor network traffic or ensure website security. Without expressly informing you in each particular circumstance, we do not match such information with any of your personal or business information.

When you submit personal or business information to Prolifogy through this site, you understand and agree that this information may be transferred across national boundaries and may be stored and processed in any of the countries in which Prolifogy maintains offices, including, without limitation, the United States. When you visit this site, you can browse the site and access important information without revealing your identity. In order to improve our site, we sometimes may use “cookies” to track your visit. How Information is Used

In certain circumstances, when we are experiencing security issues, or have reason to suspect security issues will arise, or if security issues have arisen in the past, we may inspect our website logs, routers, or network logs to determine specifically who has been communicating with our website. This information may include the Internet Protocol (IP) address of each visitor, routing information, and any other information that is accessible at the time using standard networking diagnostic tools.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information or business information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
